The process of Unispace is really turnkey starting from conceptual designs. Unispace provides complete facilities for interior architectural design from preparing a comprehensive definition and analysis of client requirements, to developing and conceptualizing the most efficient space and functional planning.
As a solution explorer, Unispace translates these needs into creative and successful design solutions within the project's defined contours. This step includes the process of developing drawings, perspectives and 3D renderings followed by a comprehensive process of utilizing fabrics and a wide range of material options that appear on client display panels to ensure requirements are met and approved. Up to the tender stage with all BOQs, specifications and drawings required to complete these projects.

The value engineering process entails the entire design process in order to deliver a quality product in a timely manner and in line with budget and aesthetic requirements. Unispace provides value engineering through presentations that include alternative finishes for client approval. Optional fabrics, finishes, materials and technologies are offered to the client that closely match the desired design while maintaining the client's budget.
