Modern Interior Design of Villa

Project Brief

Unispace Interior was tasked with designing the interior of a modern villa in Ethiopia. The client's main objective was to create a luxurious and elegant living space that would also be functional and practical for their daily needs. They requested a contemporary style with a warm and inviting atmosphere, while also incorporating elements of Ethiopian culture into the design.

Unispace is one of the top interior design company in Ethiopia.

Schematic Design

During the schematic design phase, our team worked closely with the client to identify their specific needs and preferences. We created several design concepts and presented them to the client for feedback. After several rounds of revisions and fine-tuning, we settled on a final design concept that met the client's requirements.

The Solution

To achieve the client's objectives, we opted for a neutral color palette with warm earth tones to create a sense of harmony and balance throughout the space. We used high-quality materials such as marble, wood, and glass to add texture and depth to the design. To incorporate Ethiopian culture, we included traditional Ethiopian fabrics and artwork in the decor.

Concept Design

The design concept centered on creating a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor living spaces. Large windows and glass doors were installed to allow natural light to flow into the interior and to provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Open-plan living areas and minimalist furniture were used to create an airy and spacious feel.

In the bedrooms, we created a luxurious and tranquil ambiance with plush bedding, soft lighting, and muted color schemes. We also included unique lighting fixtures and custom-made furniture to add a personalized touch to the design.

Overall, the interior design of the modern villa was a successful collaboration between Unispace Interior and the client. The final result was a sophisticated and elegant living space that perfectly suited the client's vision and needs.
