Project Brief
Our client tasked us with designing the exterior of a multi-functional facility building that would house various amenities such as a gym, spa, swimming pool, and other common facilities for people. Unispace is the top interior and Architectural design company in Ethiopia.
The building needed to have an attractive and modern look that would fit well in its surroundings and appeal to visitors.
Schematic Design
To begin with, we developed a series of schematic designs that explored different aesthetic and functional possibilities for the building's exterior. Our focus was on creating a design that would be visually appealing while also being highly functional. We also took into consideration factors such as the local climate, site context, and building code requirements.
